Booking & General Questions
How long is a cruise?
A cruise lasts 2 hours.
How do I book my cruise?
To book just click on a cruise booking button. Hold the date and time with a $99 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due two weeks before your cruise.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up fast, especially for bachelorette and bachelor parties.
We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our policy depends on whether a cancellation is due to operational reasons or severe weather:
If We Cancel (Equipment Failure or Staffing): In the rare event that we have to cancel your tour due to mechanical issues or crew unavailability, we will let your group leader know right away. You will have the option to instantly switch your booking to an available Party Bike tour at that same time, or receive a full cash/credit card refund.
If We Cancel for Weather (High Winds or Waves): Passenger safety is our top priority. If official marine forecasts report high winds or high wave heights, the Captain will cancel the cruise. We do not issue cash refunds for weather. Instead, you will receive a full Store Credit to reschedule for a future date, or your group can choose to switch your experience to an available Party Bike tour for that same time slot.
Note for Group Leaders: The person who books the tour is responsible for sharing these weather and rescheduling policies with everyone in the party.
Are private cruises the only option?
Yes — every cruise is 100% private for your group only.
What if I have a group larger than Boat Capacity?
If your group exceeds our boat capacity, we highly recommend checking out our land-based options at Buffalo Pedal Tours. They have multiple vehicles that can accommodate up to 60 following together. This allows everyone to celebrate together in the same neighborhood!
Do you offer land-based pedal tours or bike bar crawls?
We specialize exclusively in high-seas fun! If you’re looking to take the party to the streets of downtown Buffalo, our sister company Buffalo Pedal Tours is the city’s #1 land tour. They handle all our trolley and bike-based adventures.
